ISO9001Quality management
The ISO9001 certification is a guarantee that demonstrates that the company is capable of responding consistently and comprehensively to customer expectations. It certifies the solidity of a company, organized in such a way as to keep all aspects of its activity under control, guaranteeing reproducibility of performance and therefore maintenance and improvement of the same.
This allows you to increase efficiency while lowering costs, thus increasing customer loyalty.
ISO45001Safety and Health Management at Work
UNI ISO 45001 is the first international standard for health and safety in the workplace. It establishes a framework to improve safety, reduce risks in the workplace and improve the health and wellbeing of employees, thus enabling organizations to proactively increase health and safety performance.
Certification also requires that the company is personally involved and that workers are directly involved in identifying the system, creating a vicious circle of improvement.
ISO14001Environmental Management
ISO14001 certification is an international standard relating to the achievement of environmental management system requirements. It aims to demonstrate that the certified company has an adequate management system to proactively monitor and understand the environmental impacts of its activities, seeking improvement in a coherent and sustainable way.
Obtaining this recognition is a voluntary act by the company which sees certification as a benefit for building and improving environmental performance and facilitating the reduction of pollution.

Gender equality
The "Gender Equality Certification System" is an intervention of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) introduced by the Department for Equal Opportunities of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, aimed at accompanying and encouraging companies to adopt adequate policies to reduce the gender gap in all the most critical areas for women's professional growth.
The certification is recognized to companies capable of looking at changes in society with foresight, implementing concrete policies aimed at reducing the gender gap.
“Among the 17 Sustainable Development Goals – Sustainable Development Goals – of the 2030 Agenda, goal 5 sets the goal of achieving gender equality and empowering all women and girls.
The objective of gender equality now assumed at an institutional, national and international level, starting from the UN 2030 Agenda up to the European guidelines, requires radical interventions to overcome gender stereotypes, both in reference to the work and family context, and undermine the sources of inequality. Furthermore, the economic and social impact of the Covid-19 pandemic imposes on companies a paradigm shift in the organization of work and makes the inclusion at all levels of the 51% of the country: women, a priority and essential.
To achieve a real paradigm shift it is necessary that the principles of gender equality and respect for diversity are integrated into corporate objectives and it is therefore necessary for organizations to equip themselves with adequate tools through which to set precise objectives for each phase of women's work and certify the results achieved by following qualified and transparent processes.”*

REPORT FORM
At the bottom of this page there is a form that allows you to report inappropriate conduct within the company. Proceed to fill out the form if you have been the victim of conduct detrimental to human dignity, both in an ideological context and in the context of inappropriate behaviour.
Reporting is not a simple gesture for employees: numerous factors can make them desist from reporting situations that contribute to creating a toxic environment. For this reason the report will arrive anonymously via email to our HR office manager and to the President of the Gender Equality Committee.
